A nine-stripe horizontal flag alternating black and royal blue around a central white stripe, with a tilted red heart in the upper-left canton. Designed by Tony DeBlase and first presented at International Mr. Leather in Chicago on 1989-05-28. DeBlase did not assign fixed symbolic meanings to the colors.
